WHO WE ARE

THE WELFARE OF FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS

Pierlorenzo Brignoli, a senior biotechnologist, has been researching and developing products for modulating microflora in complex ecosystems for more than 30 years. It has always operated in close cooperation with industry and universities.

Over the years, he has dealt repeatedly with microbiota-related aspects in animal husbandry. A few years ago, in collaboration with Prof. Vittorio Sala of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Milan, he carried out a series of very interesting researches inherent to biosecurity in pig farms, obtaining excellent results with the use of bioactivators and modulators to improve the sanitary conditions of farms and consequently reduce the use of antibiotics in the agro-livestock supply chain. He has given several seminars on the subject at the School of Specialization in Animal Health, Breeding and Livestock Production at the University of Milan, directed by Prof. Sala himself.

In early 2022, the meeting with Dr. Eleonora De Faveri, who had collaborated on research at the university with Prof. Sala on the study of microbiota in livestock and agriculture.

From this meeting came the project to develop a product specifically designed for dogs.

On the strength of past experience and thanks to input from Dr. De Faveri, he studied a special formula and developed inDOGREVIT, a Complementary Feed based on carefully fermented raw materials of plant origin using special procedures.

Once the long testing phase was over, it quickly moved on to the production phase in partnership with leading experts in the feed industry.

Application experiences carried out by numerous veterinarians in a wide variety of situations have made it possible to gather a wealth of information on the basis of which to increasingly improve the product and the way it is administered. It has also been developed inDOGREVIT for horses and cats again with excellent results.
