Breeding: Allevamento dei Trevigi, Breda di Piave (TV)
Affix: Official ENCI/FCI
Referents: Franco Campanati – Daniele Pozzi
Period of observation: May 2024 – June 2025
1. Introduction
This report briefly summarizes the results obtained from the use of the inDogrevit Plus nutritional supplement at the Trevigi Breeding Farm. The supplement was tested on several litters of different breeds, with the objective of evaluating the impact on broodmare welfare, milk production and pup growth.
Trevigi Breeding operates with several breeds of dogs and is particularly renowned for German Shepherd and Belgian Shepherd Malinois. Franco Campanati is on the official roll of business operators for the supply of dogs for the State Police dog services.
2. Materials and Methods
Subjects: litters of German Shepherd and Belgian Shepherd Malinois.
Supplementation: oral administration of inDogrevit Plus from the gestational period until weaning.
Monitoring: qualitative observations of bitch status, estimated milk quantity, growth and stool consistency in puppies.
Comparison: comparative analysis with previous litters of the same bitch.
3. Results
Litter L – German Shepherd
Number born: 3
Remarks: few subjects born. Supplementation initiated postpartum. Adequate milk production and rapid intestinal replenishment after delivery.
Weaning: optimal homogeneous growth without episodes of diarrhea or fecal changes.
Litter S – German Shepherd
Number born: 10 (very light broodmare – primipara)
Observations on the broodmare: obvious improvement in food assimilation and milk production.
Weaning: started early given the number and physiognomy of the bitch. Pups showed excellent resilience and optimal growth.

Litter T – Belgian Shepherd Malinois
Number born: 9
Protocol: supplementation started several months before mating, continued daily.
Milk production: estimated 30-40% higher than previous litter with same number.
Pup growth: weight gain 20-25% greater than previous litter with same feeding plan.
Remarkable observation: in more than 20 years of breeding the Malinois breed, we had never encountered pups at 2 months with this development.

4. Brief discussion
The results suggest that the use of inDogrevit Plus:
- Promotes improved digestive and productive efficiency of the broodmare,
- Promotes early and abundant milk production,
- Accelerates the growth rates of puppies, even in large litters,
- Contributes to intestinal stability during weaning.
5. Conclusions
Supplementation with inDogrevit Plus has proven to be a valuable nutritional support to improve reproductive and neonatal performance in breeding dogs. The experience of Trevigi Breeding suggests strategic application of the product as early as the pre-pregnancy period to optimize results.
